You're being a bit literal. The point is that conflict is natural and can occur without human intervention. When Vesuvius swamped Pompeii it wasn't due to the Romans being "in their minds" or lacking in counselling skills. And while many conflicts are of human origin switching off your mind via yoga is rarely any sort of solution. Let's see you tackle global warming by sticking your feet behind your ears.
Yoga can have at least one side effect, and that is to waste your time. I suspect that's its commonest outcome.
