All I said was that I think meditation, yoga, t'ai chi, exercise, diet, counselling, therapy, etc. can definitely help resolve inner human conflict and thereby improve human behavior. They will lead to decreased heart rate, increased alpha brain waves, decreased blood lactate, increased levels of seratonin etc.
There is no "inner civil war." Where do you get this stuff?
