That's absolutely correct John. I was a premie myself until I found EPO. Not a diehard who'd mortgaged his life to Rawat, nor a functionary in one of the organisations set up to channel donations into maintaining the lifestyle he regards as his due.

Just one of those, surely many, who'd followed all the instructions not to think about the K, about the Master, only keep on practicing & all would be for the best. I'd put the nightmare of the LOTU period behind me, didn't everyone who stayed with the belief system do that ? Oh, & have a blast, once, or sometimes twice a year, meeting old friends in Brighton or Rome in the '90's. Never any satsang , because HE in his infinite wisdom had abolished it. We all knew though, that we weren't gathering to cheer a poxy Motivational Teacher ; actually I don't remember Rawat being described as such then, but I might have missed that between the catching up on the life stories, the linguine, the spliffs, & the bottles of wine.

What amazed me about EPO was that it contained all the answers to the questions I'd forgotten I'd even asked myself back in the early days . I'd more or less forgotten there ever had been ashrams by 2000, much less wondered about what had happened to the people who'd lived in them.

I particularly want to help those premies who are unhappy believing in Rawat; those for whom meditation is difficult and not enjoyable..............

Yes, the Teacher never has had much to say about those , except to make jokes & take the piss out of them.

........, those who cannot afford to travel or pay the event registration to see Rawat, those who will feel the same release and sense of freedom that I and many other premies felt when realising that they no longer need believe in Prem Rawat.

I only realised since meeting someone through one of the predecessor forums to this one, which is a separate entity to EPO, that there is a whole underbelly of people, once initiated into the 'Divine Light', who are now alcoholics, junkies, & generally fucked up poverty stricken no hopers, still waiting for Guru Maharaj Ji to come & save them.

When Rawat does that, then I might reconsider my opinion of him.
