That's a funny way to describe being an intiator.  They did kind of travel in "regions," but "training manager?"  She was giving satsang and doing knowledge sessions, that's what she was doing.

Joan looks pretty good, and I can't really fault her for trying to explain all those years in a cult with no work experience. 

In one sense, I lucked out.  I was an ashram premie for 9 years, but the majority of that time I was a peon and had to had an "outside job," (ghastly as those jobs sometimes were), so at least I didn't have any huge gaps in the resume, although there were some.
