We are pleased to inform that the number of aspirants interested in Knowledge is on the increase. Hence to make Knowledge available to everyone of them, more Knowledge Session teams are needed. A Knowledge Session team consists of a Conductor and Operator. This team facilitates Knowledge Sessions as per requirement in different cities. So, there is a need for qualified Operators and Conductors to form new Knowledge Session teams.
Common qualifications for Operators and Conductors:
Should have received techneques of Knowledge on or before 1 August 2002.
Graduate from a University.
Age between 25 to 65 years.
Good communication skills in English & Hindi or regional languages.
Should be able to give at least 7 days in a quarter (i.e. 3 months) to facilitate Knowledge Sessions.
Has no reservation to travel for facilitating Knowledge Sessions.
Has to participate in a Recertification Workshop once in 6 months at New Delhi for 4 days
Additional qualifications for operators:
Software Developers or IT Consultants with work experience.
or
Hardware engineers with experience in maintaining computers / network etc.
Additional qualifications for Conductors:
Employed in a responsible managerial or supervisory capacity with Govt. or private company, having very good interpersonal skills.
Or
Working in NGOs in a managerial or supervisory position.
Or
Teachers from reputed colleges or schools.
Or
Engaged in Private practices like doctors, engineers or established businessman etc.
REGIONAL KS COORDINATION TEAM MEMBERS
This is an opening of a special service opportunity. This service is centered on the Knowledge Sessions and the Knowledge Session Teams. To assess the quality of the Knowledge Sessions and to support the Operators and Conductors to achieve required quality, KS Coordination teams have been formed. There is also a need for members who will be a part of this team in their respective regions. This is a responsible service and calls for maturity and understanding. The Premies intending to apply should be self-motivated and should be able to own and drive the assignment. The qualifications required for the member of this team are as follows:
1. Should have received Knowledge on or before 1st Jan 2000
2. Post Graduate / Engineering Graduate / Bachelor of Engg./ MBBS from a reputed university.
3. Age between 35-55 years.
4. Good Communication skills in English and Hindi or a regional Language.
5. Should be able to give 10 days in a quarter ( i.e.: 3 months) to assess Knowledge Sessions or support KS Teams.
6. Should be able to travel within their regions.
7. Should participate in a Recertification Workshop once in 6 months in New Delhi for 4 days.
The KS team and the KS Coordination team applicants will have to go through a pre-selection workshop, which will be organized in different cities. Only those who qualify in this pre-selection will be invited to attend a special training.
