I hope you're doing well.  These proclamations are so numerous and insignificant that the only ones that are given any mention are highlighted on the gov's website.  The only people who care about them are the recipients.

It would look very silly for the governor of a major political state in the US to RETRACT an "award" to an insignificant, unknown, short, mean, and nobody guru from Malibu.

I couldn't find the proclamation on the gov's website.  That's how "important" they are!
