I read in more than one place (news reports and on a few non-profit oversight organizations' websites) that it is advisable and perfectly legal for anyone who donates money to ask a charity org what will be done with the funds by the charity and specifically -- before, during and after the tsunami relief effort.  I can't imagine why anyone would want to sue somebody for discussing the merits of any charity collecting funds for the tsunami effort.
