Thanks for walking us through the history and interesting facets of this organizational setup. I can't imagine how such a discussion could ever be actionable. In fact, open and public scrutiny of the various charities who've become players in the relief efforts seems to be the new norm. People are encouraged to satisfy themselves that the charities they're considering donating to are honest and efficient. Any relief groups that want to play are being forced to become even more forthcoming and transparent than even what's required by the laws they operate under. Im so sure that that's what Rawat was looking for!
