Can it be true? Really?? Rawat's so-called charity foundation (tprf) has a clause that allows him to use all donations for "unrestricted operating expenses and special projects" ???

People are donating money to tprf in the expectation that it will be used to benefit the Tsunami relief effort, but not only will less than 45% of their donation go toward the real relief fund (which has it's own percentage rate as regards efficiency), there's also a legal get-out clause that could mean that 100% of those donations go to Rawat instead?

I am frankly appalled.

Not just at Rawat, but also at US Charity Law and its legislation, which apparently is so badly drawn up that it can it leave loopholes like this, which allow confidence-tricksters like Rawat to profit 100% from the suffering of others.
