Whilst you weren't looking one day John I tried to show them the techniques.  But they saw the indoctrination coming their way and simply hoofed it. Wise old mares! Also they were having problems with the 1st and 2nd technique, they simply could not muster it.  Something to do with their knees pointing the wrong way.  The 3rd tehnique they got quite easily, you know the breath thing. "Phew" is the word, rather someone else next time please.  And the 4th tech, well lets not go there huh! But really, bliss and awareness was achieved with a bunch of carrots. T
