Hurricane Laura has suddenly strengthened to CAT 4 and storm surge 9 feet and above possible 40 miles inland  in Lake Charles LA area and the entire coast of Louisiana is under alert for 9+ feet and also part of Texas.   Steve Lookner is on live again.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4rZIIHl32GQ
