That was a good read. There was nothing new to me about his experience, but it is a stark reminder why is worth avoiding infection, just on a subjective level. Sometimes I get fed up with the limitations and think oh sod it, if I get it I get it, the odds of dying from it are pretty low... So this was a good precautionary refresher.

 And there's also the idea that we don't know yet whether getting the disease gives you a lasting immunity. If it doesn't and you get Corona every year or two like a cold, well, I guess the rest of our lives are not going to be like we expected.

There's still an awful lot we don't know about it yet. BTW, I'd be very reluctant to recommend any prophylactic medicine, food or dance routine. On account of my ignorance. But  another excuse to catch some rays is nice and simple and free and might help.
