you are walking a fine line here Jim, one part of me is screaming APOLOGISE you ratbag and the other is giving you one last chance - yes I read it, yes I remember that piece and now you read it and think about what I said - that I believe his reason for wanting to close the borders with China was trade, not for the virus - as nicely parsed as the article is.

"His references to the “Wuhan” and “Chinese” virus"

that says he knew about the virus and the way the article is written it is easy to assume Trump wanted to close the borders against the virus - but that isn't the way it was, was it. To go back to my previous post, my recollection is Trump was upset about his trade dealings with China.
