I was one of a crew that prepared the Rainbow Theatre in London for his birthday, but he never showed up. It was a great night though, we had hundreds of balloons to pop and there was a load of dry ice to dispose of, and we disposed of it on the way home down drains so that 'smoke' billowed out, in public toilets, pub floors, telephone boxes, under traffic cones.
