Democracy is doing wonderfully because these men have been elected despite that hair. I challenge you to find a single elector who voted for them because of their hair. Voters voted for their choices despite their misgivings about the hair. Thankfully, hopefully, there are no arbiters of allowable choices. Democracy allows good or bad choices. Those people passing out how to vote cards are not allowed to prevent you entering the building if you spurn their candidate or wear a silly wig yourself. |
