I might be completely wrong but I'm thinking it's Sat Pal all the way. The late entry into 'charity works' by Prem Pal.. let's face it, Sat Pal has it all over him with political clout and that probably trumps the pictures of Prem Pal posing in front of the world peace logo and getting the keys to Glastonbury.
You gotta give it to Prem Pal though - getting into the Guinness Book of Records for the biggest crowd in India probably really gets up Sat Pal's nose - maybe he will try to topple the record.
