The
story with HDSK was that when we in all in our various ex premie efforts were making
all of the details widely available via the various forums, websites etc HDSK
was one area where the cult ultimately re-trenched, cutting back employees to (IIRC)
virtually nil and I suspect, diverting UK donations direct toWOPG. Doing the latter
was helped by a legal decision (unrelated to the cult) that UK tax benefits that
attach to UK charity donations had to apply to any charity donation made by a
UK resident to any Charity organisation in any EU country. Brexit will have cut
through that (only good thing from that disaster) so I suspect that HDSK has
had some revival in the last few years, just for the tax benefits.

Accrued legacy
income

HDSK
have been informed that they will receive a substantial legacy as residual
legatee. The amount is not yet certain and includes several assets and
investments which have not yet been converted into cash. However, the current
valuation of the total estate due to HDSK is in excess of £1.9m An accrual for
this estimate has been included in these accounts. £300k has already been
received by the charity in March 2023 with further sums due shortly. A full
reconciliation of the final amount will take place in a future set of accounts.

Anyway the income boost
is definitely a one off and from someone who left some kind of inheritance to specified
persons but with HDSK getting the residue of the estate.

A couple of items I
noticed in the docs which give a small exposition of the inter-relationship
between HDSK and WOPG:

One
employee received emoluments in excess of £60,000 but this individual was on
secondment to WOPG.

On 15th
February 2017 one of HDSK*s Trustees, Roland Klepzig, was appointed to Words of
Peace Global, (WOPG); PO Box 20627, 1001 NP, Amsterdam, The Netherlands,
(RSIN819929803) as President, Chief Executive Deicer and Treasurer. The Trust
works closely with WOPG who act as the fulcrum for the international promotion
of Prem Rawat's message.  In 2022, HDSK
continued to work closely with WOPG and gratefully received grants from WOPG
totalling £110,316 (2021 —$156,868). Of this, £28,566 (2021 - £51,868) was in
support of UK events with Prem Rawat and £81,750 (2021 - £105,000) was in
support of its general activities.

Klepzig is one of the original trustees of HDSK,
