Don't you wonder how we fell for that same old shtick every year, that this was the year for the aspirant push? If he really was God, why did he have such a hard time getting aspirants? And why did we have to work so hard for it when he was all powerful and could have done it without our help? And why is it that all these decades later, he still has to struggle to get followers? Yes, we were young and naive and foolish and stupid and just plain gullible. |
