omg chicken world, it's engaging, .  my chickens are happy and when they are laying an egg there is a quiet heavenly feeling in the air.

I think Mr Darko Wuffles would be quite glad to have a nice solid window between him and a flock of wild turkeys, not to mention the giant chickens!

Ah, I think there was a further post in which she said why she called her depraved, it was only up a short time I just happened to see it.

The wedding - I was put out over it too - why didn't he tell us, why did I hear it from my father who read it in a newspaper, it didn't seem right, he should have told us first.  I was not in the ashram, (great post, Aquinas, thank you - it brought those times right back into focus )  Just the not telling us first felt like a betrayal from Maharaji specifically which I had no answer for, swept it under the rug too - too busy being a premie having no doubt, remembering to pay attention to my breathing and not thinking (honest to god how did we survive!).

My second thoughts were for Marolyn, thinking there would be a real backlash from some of the premie women around her.

I believed the story that she was in love with him and he responded out of love for her.  When I became an ex premie I adjusted my beliefs to marriage of convenience on his behalf without losing the belief that she loved him.  If I remember correctly somebody here told us that for him the marriage was about staying in the States - he needed to do it to stop his mother being successful in making him return to India.

So then she was retired to her own house on the beach and I thought she would be in recovery but then we hear she gets very drunk a lot.  And then I see that interview where she is fawning over him for being a pilot plus of course the recent posts - more and more it's all adding up to see her as a depraved individual in her own right rather than my previous thinking that Rawat picked her to marry because she was the most naive as well as looking good on his arm.
