That reminds me Jethro. The company I used to work for employed a management consultancy company who were called exactly that -- "the Nowhere group".
It was new age bullshit but fooled the higher ups and the thing once signed onto exerted a cult -like influence right down through the company. Usual sort of thing generating strange management-speak phrases such as "innovate at scale" became the new religious lore in which plain English words are imbued with some other inner meaning only truly understood by believers. Of course the trainings had no impact whatsoever on innovation or anything else the company actually did but having had sanction from above everyone had to worship the new gods for a while - and noone at the time dared point at the emperor had no clothes.
-- I have often since often wondered whether premies or similar of a similar ilk were the originators or owners of the company. Lots of sitting in 'talking circles' - 'wisdom councils' , Buddhist bells and 'intuition walks' from which the solution to whatever challenges the company was facing might magically materialise.
