I lived in that ashram at that time. my best friend was also taken at the same time. he had been my friend throughout high school and I introduced him to knowledge. he had moved into the ashram and eventually I was convinced that was the place for me too. gutted the day they were taken, but confident they would return unchanged. jay was a backstage/ darshan line security guy and we all envied him.of course we were a little disappointed that he never returned. partly because we had all paid for his medical school since his parents refused to do so. we thought we'd have a dr. in the house and he thought he'd be M's physician.
