The idea of peace being achieved one person at a time was believable at the time on the basis that a person became peaceful on getting the Knowledge which we believed would be our connection to the Holy Knowledge of God - it didn't matter what the person was like, give them their experience of God and they will be completely blissed out anyway, the lion will lay down with the lamb.  But peace education is what, selling the idea that it is possible to educate people into being peaceful?
