That organisation exists for the individuals involved in running it, whether they are premies or not.

If you didn't know a second thing about Rawat cults and premies but just thought Peace Education was a worthy cause (I don't*)  they'd all look like stellar individuals.

Watch a bit of Million Dollar Listing, LA to get an idea how charities work.  I expect those 'housewives of..' shows would give more detail but I don't have the stomach to watch them, too much collagen.  The point is being in a charity is a popular spot, I saw a little bit of it when I was growing up and got the impression the people who run the charities are usually the biggest bitches.  It smells like a plot because it is a plot.

Note the excellent choice of subjects - women and peace - highly emotive and popular all round.

But Peace Education???  It's a ridiculous notion.  I mean take it down to something simple - Johnny takes Brian's apple.  If Johnny took it because he was hungry or if he didn't know it belonged to Brian, the peace is easily restored.  If Johnny took it because that's the kinda guy he is then it isn't.

Peace Education, like Women's Rights both have spectres to brandish in front of us - the way women are treated in Afghanistan, the way Putin is treating the Ukraine.  They both have potential to gain a lot of support and they both carry an inherent danger of creating legislation that then gets used in deleterious ways.

I'd much rather put my money in guitar cases.
