Now now children! What if we consider the intent to be part and parcel of the action? Of course, the intent isn't always obvious, sometimes deliberately hidden. What's needed is God's eye view before we can really evaluate the action. Which isn't available. So we have to guess. And we're sometimes wrong. But if I found someone pissing in my cornflakes (I'm stuck with that image now, thanks Steve) I'd take it as a clear sign to skip breakfast. |
