It would be nice if there were other words to describe this particular form of psychopath, there are entire hard bound books devoted to the description. But there is nothing to understand because it's hard to really know what it is to live like that. 

We can only know the effects from the other side, so the descriptions of narcissists are often vivid descriptions and examples of how they manipulate others... seeing inside their heads and understanding what makes this particular evil malfunction of personhood tick is like fighting your way out of a spider web
