I think when I read this years ago I didn't see it as clearly as I do now. I get that she almost died and is still recovering-- but still, she's self absorbed, selfish, pretty spineless. Strange too, it sounds like she never got the memo it's not 1977 anymore. It's so disturbing. She does, perfectly illustrate the fucked up belief system they like to pretend now never existed. I am so sorry this happened and I suspect this is very intense to be talking about now. I hope you are ok. You are believed. It was horrible and you were treated terribly, by the doctor. His Guru and his guru's wife. The only right response would have been this is terrible and I am going to do all I can to help. Not all this gas lighting satsang.
