well yes, I have to agree.  I think it's a huge and varied picture tho, from those who deserve our contempt to those who do not.

Marilyn bears the guilt of complicity, whether she believes he is the Lord of the Universe or not I'm not too certain but who cares at this stage, it's what he is as much as what he calls himself by now.  He must have broken her heart.  I would imagine she is frightened of him.
