Well I read it too (though it might have changed a few times since then) but that hasn't stopped me from continuing to search out more information. I recall nagging Mike a fair bit to make it raunchier though I didn't expect to have any success in that direction. I've paid Mike, oops Michael, the best compliment I can, I've bought a copy.
